Guesthouse West ( http://www.guesthousewest.com ), one of the leading boutique hotels in London on Notting Hill’s Westbourne Grove, conducted a customer survey over Christmas with heart-warming results. Of the nearly 600 guests questioned, 66% felt boutique hotels offered "personal and discrete service" and that they "do what matters well". By paying careful attention to every detail, Guesthouse West has ensured success and a store of happy customers who frequently use the hotel.

Launched in April 2004, Guesthouse West on Westbourne Grove in Notting Hill, has made its name as one of the hippest places to stay in London. Built on a chic but cheerful concept all 20 rooms have ensuite facilities, Wireless Broadband, Flat screen TV/DVD technology and toiletries by Molton Brown.

Speaking on behalf of the Notting Hill hotel, Manager, Peter Anderson said "We are very pleased that the survey highlights the importance of personal service. It is something we have always focussed on at Guesthouse West and we aim to continue to ’do what matters well’ in the future".

Guestinvest, the company behind Guesthouse West, allows private investors to own their very own hotel room in high quality boutique hotels in London. It has recently announced plans for two new hotels in Bayswater and The City. Investors in Guesthouse West have seen excellent returns, and hotel room ownership looks set to become a high growth area in the UK.
